Dockers has certainly
evolved over the years. Gone are the days of paper plates,
plastic forks, cover charges and VIP
cards. What remains is our lively restaurant and bar
overlooking the water, complete with “The Most Beautiful

With our 180
waterfront seats, and a menu that is an eclectic mix of creative American food
with an emphasis on fresh seafood, steaks and lobsters,
Dockers always pleases. Our recent renovations have created a
warm and unassuming
atmosphere that has made us a notable East End dining spot.

When we open for the
season, you know summer has arrived. Dockers Waterside is
what summer in the Hamptons is all about. Our casual, relaxing
& friendly environment is certainly by design. The
food, the view & the entertainment are all part of the

Customers
always enjoy our Tuesday and Wednesday night Lobsterbake
Special. It features a lobster bake platter replete with a salad
course then followed by a 1-1/4
pound lobster, steamers, clams, mussels, shrimp, corn on the cob
and potato. We also have live music on the deck. It's a
great night out in the middle of the week!

Dockers is open
seasonally from mid March through mid-November for
lunch, brunch, dinner, cocktails & events. If coming to
Dockers Waterside is not enough, we can cater a lobsterbake at
your house for your summer party. We can even bring the music!

exclusive Quogue - Westhampton section of Dune Road, and our
restaurant has unobstructed water views and the most amazing sunsets.

The Marina at Dockers
Waterside
Enjoy Dockers by Boat. We
have docking facilities for boats, personal watercraft and
sailboats. When you come by boat, you are guaranteed a
table. There is a channel, but at times, due to low tides,
the channel can be challenging - so we encourage boaters to stay
in the channels, tilt your engines and go slowly. Our
marina staff will help you tie up. Seasonal and transient
docking is available. If you are interested in renting kayaks at
Dockers,
going on a Shinnecock Bay eco-tour or going fishing, please

& "The List"
One doesn't need a reservation to
dine with us, but there are rumors that at times we've taken them.
Upon a call to the restaurant, you will be sweetly explained
that "you don't need a reservation," but alas,
sometimes one does sneak in, through the cracks! How, you
might ask, is one able to navigate the fine complexities of
getting your name on a seemingly non-existent reservation sheet? Simple! - Just befriend the owner and if he can remember your name (lol), then you're in...or you
can write a short 500-word essay as to why your name should be
put on "THE LIST"..... BTW, we do take
reservations prior to Memorial Day (pre-season) and after Labor
Day (post-season)
